Our Flavor of the Month for November is Garden Medley! This delicious new flavor brings the entire garden to your kitchen with an array of wonderful vegetables like roasted peppers, carrots, onions, celery and other great garden goodies. This new Flavor of the Month is great as a chip/veggie dip or mix with some cream cheese for a great bagel spread. Here is just a sample of something different that you can do with Debbie's Garden Medley Dip Mix.
1.25 pounds ground chuck
1/2 cup frozen seasoning blend (celery, onions, etc)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 pkg Debbie's Garden Medley Dip Mix
3 tablespoons steak sauce mixture
Sauce Mixture
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup steak sauce
In a medium bowl combine sauce ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl, combine all above ingredients. Shape into a loaf on prepared pan. Bake the meat loaf for 1 hour or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part registers 165 degrees, brushing with sauce every 15 minutes. Let meat loaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
